Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 15 calendar days from the day you receive it taking into account the following conditions:

  1. Inform our store by e-mail at [email protected], or by phone at +30 210-8949119, within two days of receipt, to set up the way the change will be implemented.
  2. The customer making the change is responsible for the relevant shipping costs.
  3. If the reason for the change is the manufacturing defect of the product, then it is carried out in the same way. In this case, however, the replacement costs are borne by the store, if you choose the courier company implemented by the store. In the event that there is no identical product for the replacement and you do not wish to change it with another product, only then, the money will be refunded in any legal way. Your refund will be made as follows: To your debit / credit card, if the order payment has been made through it, or to the bank account that you will indicate us after a phone call, if the order payment has been made by cash on delivery.
  4. In any case, the product that is replaced or returned, must be with its tag and proof of payment, in the condition in which it was delivered, without having been used.
  5. Products from the BAZZAR category are not subject to product changes and refunds.
